To enhance technological progress within the company and fully harness the enthusiasm and creativity of our engineering and technical personnel, TEEE has established the Engineering Technology Expert Selection and Allowance System. This year, we organized the selection for the 2025-2026 Engineering Technology Experts.

The Expert Evaluation Committee, which included leaders from various departments such as Technical, R&D, HV, Quality, Process, After-Sales, Marketing, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, conducted a thorough assessment of candidates. The evaluation criteria focused on professional technical competence, skills in cross-departmental communication and coordination, personal qualities, as well as academic qualifications, professional titles, and scientific achievements.

After a rigorous review process, we are pleased to announce the selection of Fang Jianyue, Wang Jie, Lu Xiaojing, Liu Xinyan, and Zheng Enyue as TEEE’s Engineering Technology Experts for 2025-2026. General Manager Wu Yukun presented the expert appointment certificates and extended his congratulations to the honorees.
